Carmichael, 2009, Borner had intended to publish the 1908 paper in 1907. He used the names in a paper in December 1907, which was supposed to be after the original paper. However this second paper was published before the first paper.

[Morph] = Not mentioned but, the only morph described is the fundatrix. [Type Deposit] = Not mentioned. [Locality, Date, Host, Collector] A lake near Berlin, not mentioned, red fir (=Picea sp.) [True red fir is Picea magnifica which is native to montains in California.], C. Borner.
